Cancellation Policy
Deposits are non refundable, but may be transferable if the new date is available. A deposit must be paid for your order to be secured.
If you cancel your order for any reason up to one month before the requested date, the deposit will be refunded.
However, any advance purchases that have already been made for this order e.g. custom stamps, cutters etc will be deducted from this amount.
If your order is cancelled with less than one month from the requested date, no refund of deposit will be given.

Change of Date

We will endeavour to accommodate any unforeseen date changes for your order, however this may may not always be possible if we are fully booked / unavailable.

Dietary requirements / Allergies

Bibbidi Bake Co unfortunately cannot cater to any special dietary requirements, allergies or intolerances.
All products are made in a kitchen that handles all the major allergens including; celery, gluten, crustaceans, eggs, fish, lupin, milk, molluscs, mustard, peanuts, sesame, soybeans, sulphur dioxide, sulphites and tree nuts.

Other information

A deposit is required to secure the booking which will be agreed on at the time of booking, with the outstanding balance payable 5 days before collection as agreed to with Bibbidi Bake Co. Deposits must be received within 48 hours. Last minute orders require the FULL payment at the time of booking.
Please note, once you have paid the deposit you have automatically accepted the terms and conditions set here by Bibbidi Bake Co. It is your responsibility to read the terms and conditions.
Payments can be made via Bank Transfer or cash.
Bibbidi Bake Co reserves the right to cancel/amend orders if need be.

Postal Orders

Bibbidi Bake Co is is in no way associated with Royal Mail or any couriers. Once your order has been posted Bibbidi Bake Co is not liable if your order is misplaced by the courier. It is up to the discretion of Bibbidi Bake Co whether they resend lost orders, issue a refund, or neither. Any issues with misplaced orders should be made to Royal Mail/the relevant courier.
Items arriving via post may be damaged in transit. This is not the fault of Bibbidi Bake Co and any concerns should be taken up with Royal Mail/the courier.
Please allow up to 7 working days from the dispatch date for your order to arrive.


We will always hope you are fully satisfied with your Bibbibi Bake Co order. However if this is not the case and you would like a refund, 80% of the order must be returned to Bibbidi Bake Co within 24 hours of collection. We will then inspect the order and decide if there are grounds for a refund.
