About Me

Hi! I’m Lynsey.
Bibbibi Bake Co. started when I discovered a passion for cake decorating after making my daughter’s first birthday cake in 2008. I gradually gained the confidence to start selling my cakes and have developed my skill set over the years which leads to where I am now creating beautifully decorated cookies and treats.
I am also so excited to be able to expand on what I do and share my knowledge with other keen bakers who wish to develop their cake decorating skills in my one to one cake decorating classes.
